Die werden allebei gemaakt in de textielfabriek van Spanjaard in Borne (Overijssel). Spanjaard stond bekend om de kwaliteitstextiel zoals de lakens en ook Teddy-luiers en Kenmore-overhemden. In 1961 maakte Fiep vijf verschillende tekeningen voor advertenties voor Rheumanella winterlakens.\u00a0De advertenties stonden in landelijke dagbladen zoals <em>De Telegraaf<\/em>, maar ook in regionale kranten zoals <em>Nieuwsblad van het Noorden<\/em> en de <em>Leeuwarder Courant<\/em>. In 1961 werd Spanjaard overgenomen door Nijverdal-Ten Cate, al bleven de namen Rheumanella en Spanjaard wel bestaan. In 1971 ging de zaak failliet.
