Innumerable kids and their parents were treated to a wonderful afternoon out at this show based on Annie M.G. Schmidt’s story and Fiep Westendorp’s drawings.

A cry of delight greeted Pluk’s appearance on stage in his little tow truck: there he was at last!
The costumes were directly based on Fiep’s drawings. For the decor a huge book with pages that could be turned provided for an ongoing change of background. The drawings in this ‘decor-book’ were stylised children’s drawings in black and white.
